The Future is Clean.
The Future is Green Silica.
Decades of industrial innovation meets environmental responsibility.
We are Unisilica, pioneering the production of Green Silica from agricultural waste, delivering high-performance materials with up to 70% less carbon footprint.

To provide environment-friendly alternatives to conventional silica by reducing waste, lowering carbon footprints, and unlocking new performance possibilities for diverse industries.
Conventional silica production is energy-intensive and highly polluting, creating a conflict between industrial need and ecological responsibility.
We build environment-friendly, green processes to substitute conventional methods for silica production.
Unisilica is here to bridge the gap between environmental responsibility and industrial innovation.
Our process extracts various grades of Silica (SiO2) from Rice Husk Ash (RHA), a readily available agricultural waste product.

Unisilica is the brainchild of Ranesh C. Bagchi, a veteran chemical engineer from the Oil & Gas sector.
Mr. Bagchi brings decades of experience from major global companies, including BPCL in India, Oman Refinery, Russian oil major Luk Oil, MBPetroleum in Oman, and London-based Longulf, with extensive work across Dubai, Oman, Egypt, and Nigeria. His leadership ensures a foundation of industrial rigor, project development expertise, and chemical process mastery.
